Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
15 years of experience in finance transformation, program management, or enterprise initiatives
Strong knowledge of:
US GAAP accounting standards
Financial reporting processes (close, consolidation, statutory reporting)
Proven experience delivering large-scale programs in:
Finance transformation
ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Workday)
Experience with SOX compliance, audit readiness, and internal controls frameworks
Strong leadership experience managing global teams and large portfolios
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including interaction with C-level executives
Strong risk management, governance, and decision-making capabilities
