- Availability to respond to critical production issues during off-hours, including overnight support when required.

- Experience supporting or implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across IT, vendor, and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor''s degree in related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience within the banking or financial services domain.
- Familiarity with REST API methodologies within a Java Spring Boot environment
