Production Support Analyst Developer

We are looking for an experienced Eagle STAR and PACE professional to join our team as an L2/L3 Production Support Analyst Developer within a fast-paced investment management environment. This role combines hands-on production support with development and enhancement activities to ensure the stability, accuracy, and performance of Eagle platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Eagle STAR Performance & Reporting and Eagle PACE applications
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLAs
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
• Support batch jobs, data validation, and multi-domain data workflows
• Manage escalations and collaborate with dev, infra, and vendor teams
• Assist with releases, deployments, and post-production validation
• Contribute to enhancements, documentation, and continuous improvements
  
  

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Eagle STAR & Eagle PACE (Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings)
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL and understanding of Eagle data model
• Experience with job schedulers (Control-M/Autosys) and ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
• Knowledge of investment/asset management (performance, portfolios, corporate actions)
• 6 years IT experience, including 4 years in Eagle STAR/PACE L2/L3 support
  
  

Preferred:

• Exposure to FactSet, Eagle Accounting, or performance attribution systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in onshore-offshore delivery models
