- Responsible for managing product priorities, backlog refinement, sprint planning, release management, and stakeholder communication for digital products and insurance-related platforms.
- Works closely with business stakeholders, actuarial teams, data science teams, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into user stories and ensure timely product delivery.
- Supports roadmap planning, sprint execution, release coordination, and client onboarding activities while aligning technology delivery with business goals.
- Experience working as a Product Owner in the insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and release management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating with engineering, actuarial, and data science teams.
- Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
