Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap across teams and stakeholders.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Monitor progress, track KPIs, and ensure delivery of intended value.
- Engage stakeholders regularly for feedback and validation.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with SAFe framework or SAFe PO/PM certification.
- Proven track record as a Software Product Owner or similar role in software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
- Experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or application security testing.
- Familiarity with .NET or Java development.
- Ability to write clear and detailed technical requirements.
- Work with one of the largest cybersecurity organizations in the financial industry.
