- 9-10 years of IT Experience
- Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and user stories to deliver maximum value aligned with retail business goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and UX/UI designers to ensure clear understanding of product vision and requirements.
- Own the product backlog and ensure it is visible, transparent, and clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
- Conduct regular backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions with Agile teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to shape product roadmap and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., merchandising, supply chain, e-commerce, store operations) to ensure product alignment with retail processes.
- Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and guide data-driven decisions.
- Drive the development of digital retail solutions such as POS systems, inventory management, omnichannel platforms, or customer loyalty programs.
