Job Description:
- Define, build, and own the roadmap for wealth management platforms, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
- Translate user needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining a prioritized product backlog.
- Partner with advisors, marketing, compliance, and technology teams to deliver high-quality, secure products.
- Participate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retro) and guide the team in producing high-value, scalable solutions.
- Use data, research, and design thinking to enhance client-facing digital platforms.
- Experience: 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Domain Knowledge: 5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Advisor, Financial Custodial.
- Agile Expertise: Proficiency in Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial compliance, risk management, and security standards.
