Introduction

As a Product Manager in our team, you will be responsible for the development and management of products within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry, with a focus on mortgages. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution to ensure the success of our mortgage products in the market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies for mortgage products in the BFSI industry
• Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs and market trends
• Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to ensure alignment on product goals and objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovations
• Monitor product performance and KPIs to make data-driven decisions for product optimization
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

Required Skills:
