Capstone IT is helping our client to find a Sr. Product Manager who will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a growing Marketing Technology (MarTech) portfolio. This role focuses on driving customer engagement, personalization, and loyalty initiatives within a large retail digital transformation effort. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities, align cross-functional teams, and translate complex ideas into clear business value.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute 1–3 year product roadmap
- Establish product vision aligned to business goals
- Identify new opportunities and drive innovation
- Partner with marketing, engineering, and leadership
- Lead discovery efforts (vendor evaluation, roadmap planning)
- Define success metrics and measure outcomes
- Communicate complex ideas to stakeholders
- Ensure alignment across teams
Qualifications
- 10 years of product management experience
- Strong background in MarTech (CRM, loyalty, messaging, personalization)
- Experience building products from ambiguity (0→1)
- Proven cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Proactive, self-driven mindset
