Proven experience owning a product or platform from the business side
Strong background in writing business requirements and supporting UAT and SDLC execution
Experience owning roadmap prioritization and balancing multiple stakeholder demands
Ability to partner effectively with IT teams while retaining business ownership
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Preferred Experience
Experience working in regulated platform environments
Background in financial services systems, retirement systems, or operational enterprise platforms
Experience with self‑service or portal‑based platforms
Experience driving process improvement or mindset transformation within an existing team
