The role focuses on analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering actionable plans to enhance functionality, throughput, and end-user satisfaction.
π§ Key Responsibilities
β Conduct end-to-end reviews of business processes across functional areas
β Document As-Is workflows and design optimized To-Be processes using Lean & Six Sigma
β Translate optimized processes into functional and non-functional system requirements
β Collaborate with product, IT, and operations teams to align solutions with system capabilities
β Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and training
β Establish metrics, track ROI, and drive data-driven improvements
β Support implementation roadmaps and change management strategies
β Minimum Qualifications
πΉ 8 years in process engineering, operations optimization, or business process improvement
πΉ Experience evaluating and optimizing current-state processes
πΉ Six Sigma Black Belt certification
πΉ Proven success leading large-scale process transformation initiatives
πΉ Proficiency with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
πΉ Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
πΉ Experience with operational metrics and cross-functional collaboration
β Preferred
β Government or regulated environment experience
β Familiarity with low-code or process automation tools
β Lean certification
