What You’ll Do
- Architect and execute rigorous laboratory experiments and pilot-scale runs, establishing flawless safety protocols and meticulous data traceability.
- Champion the development of deep analytical knowledge bases that directly fuel the commercial progression of next-generation product lines.
- Diagnose complex processing anomalies and deliver practical, high-impact troubleshooting solutions within bench-top and pilot plant environments.
- Synthesize large, intricate datasets utilizing advanced computational tools to uncover critical trends, reduce variance, and optimize process efficiency.
- Validate chemical formulations and material behaviors by leveraging comprehensive spectroscopy, chromatography, and advanced imaging modalities.
- Maximize data integrity by engineering disciplined documentation frameworks that capture every facet of the experimental lifecycle.
- Academic Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a parallel technical discipline (a Master’s degree is highly advantageous).
- Industry Tenure: 3 to 7 years of proven, progressive experience operating within specialized chemical processing, aerospace, or advanced engineering environments.
- Analytical Toolkit: Mastery of foundational analytical techniques, including HPLC, diverse Spectroscopy methods, and advanced surface/material imaging.
- Data Fluency: Advanced command of data analysis, reduction, and visualization platforms such as MATLAB, Python, Excel, or equivalent quantitative software.
- Execution & Safety: A demonstrated track record of running physical laboratory operations with an unyielding commitment to safety, chemical hygiene, and precise technical documentation.
- Core Compensation: Competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and technical depth.
