Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Process Analyst that supports the Client Service team in delivering high-quality service to clients in a well-organized and timely manner. This role focuses on administrative, operational, and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day client interactions and internal processes. The Assistant acts as a key point of contact for routine client inquiries, supports onboarding and account maintenance processes, and helps manage communications between clients and internal teams.

Duties:
- Develop a basic understanding of investment products and services to effectively support client inquiries
- Assist in preparing documentation and materials related to investment and credit products
- Support the team in the commercialization and administrative processing of products and services
- Provide operational support in client transactions and internal workflows
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies
- Monitor reports (e.g., account movements) and escalate any irregularities (such as overdrafts) to the appropriate team
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
