Responsibilities
- Validate and assess third-party vendors to ensure they meet privacy and operational requirements.
- Evaluate vendor readiness for Data Subject Rights (DSR) integrations using a risk-based framework.
- Document and gather necessary technical, legal, and operational details from vendors and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Privacy, Legal, Security, and Engineering teams to streamline processes.
- Create and manage a prioritized vendor backlog with clear requirements and tracking of progress.
- Support ongoing improvements related to vendor onboarding and privacy compliance initiatives.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or program coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Able to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations effectively.
- Experience with privacy, data protection, or compliance programs such as GDPR or CCPA.
- Familiarity with Data Subject Rights (DSR) workflows or related tools.
- Proficient in using project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks for engineering teams.
