Responsibilities
- Lead systems engineering activities for advanced aircraft programs, including requirements management, system design, integration, and verification/validation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, materials, manufacturing) to ensure successful program execution from concept to production.
- Drive baseline definition and maturation through trade studies and performance tracking.
- Develop and refine system architectures, allocate functional requirements, and manage technical risks.
- Support Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related discipline.
- 14 years of progressive experience in systems engineering within aerospace or defense.
- Advanced understanding of requirements management, functional decomposition, systems integration, and V&V principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary design and development teams.
- Experience with tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, NoMagic, MATLAB.
- Advanced knowledge of MBSE methodologies and INCOSE standards.
- Background in Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Proven experience leading complex development programs and tracking Technical Performance Measurements (TPMs).
- Rare exposure to outdoor elements, hazardous materials, or loud noises.
