Job Summary We are seeking a Principal Solution Architect AI Solutions to lead the design and governance of enterprise-grade AI systems, with a strong focus on agentic AI frameworks and scalable digital platforms. This role combines hands-on architecture with strategic leadership, enabling the transition from pilot AI initiatives to production-ready, repeatable solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI architectures, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end architecture for AI-enabled solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards. Translate business and product requirements into scalable architecture designs, roadmaps, and reusable patterns. Define architecture patterns for orchestration, grounding, memory, observability, human-in-the-loop workflows, and secure integrations. Provide architectural oversight across design, development, deployment, and operational readiness. Establish scalable frameworks for agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration. Guide decision-making across trade-offs such as cost, performance, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align AI solutions with enterprise strategy. Contribute to the development and evolution of digital core platforms and AI ecosystems. Ensure compliance with enterprise standards for security, governance, and data management. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in solution, system, or enterprise architecture. Proven experience leading cross-domain architecture initiatives in large organizations. Strong expertise in cloud-native, API-driven, and event-based architectures. Experience designing scalable and production-ready AI solutions. Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar technologies. Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen. Experience designing multi-agent architectures, including orchestration, memory, and tool integration. Experience with AI evaluation techniques, including performance, traceability, and cost optimization. Experience with workflow-embedded AI systems and human-in-the-loop processes. Experience with Azure-based architectures, containerized APIs, and event-driven systems. Experience with RAG architectures, enterprise search, and knowledge integration systems.
