D365 Finance Solution Architect

As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner with Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CMD) advanced supply chain solutions, Blue Horseshoe is aggressively building our D365 practice. In the D365 Finance Solutions Architect, you will design solutions to address customers’ business issues by making use of the products and services of Blue Horseshoe related to D365 and extensions. The Finance Solutions Architect will be responsible for providing in-depth product/solutions assistance for customers, prospects, and selling team; support internal and external partners as part of selling activities; and assist marketing and development to assist with go to market activities, industry analysis, and needs analysis.

What do we expect?

• Performs pre-sales support, i.e., performs technical support activities, performs product demos, etc.
• Maintains and continually upgrades technical understanding of products.
• Provides expertise in all Finance related areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365: General ledger, Cash and bank management, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Project management and account, Fixed assets, Asset leasing, Financial Reporting, Inventory costing, etc.
• Preferred experience in production control cost management, procurement, and sourcing
• Answers RFPs, RFIs, Tenders etc.,
• Research the business pains/issues of customers
• Designs solutions to address customers’ business pains/issues by making use of the products and services of Blue Horseshoe’s
• Supports partners/alliances to perform sales and marketing activities
• Other responsibilities as required.

Here's What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Accounting, Business, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of accounting related experience 
• Experience in Financial software packages, preferred in presales/solutions consulting, operations, implementation consulting design 
• At least three years of experience with Microsoft D365 financial implementations or presales  
• Specialized Knowledge & Skills:   
• Thorough knowledge of all areas of finance operations 
• A balance between Finance domain and application knowledge 
• Methodological, root cause focus and able to advise and propose solutions to prospects/customers  
• Excellent writing, communications, presentation, human relations, and interpersonal skills.  
• Fast thinker, strong ability to react and respond immediately  
• A team player 
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve application problems 
• Ability to conduct business requirements sessions with customers and prospects then work with sales to design processes and demonstration plans 
• Able to present application & technical concepts in clear matter to prospects through demos and proposals. 
• Professional appearance and presentation required. 
• Excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft office tools 
• Familiarity with PowerBI from a user perspective is a nice to have 
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship
