Principal Salesforce Systems Analyst

Lowell, MA Hybrid Onsite: 3 days a week

2nd Round Interview will be Onsite- face to face

Qualifications:

• 9 years experience working within Salesforce
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration, customization, and integration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.
  
  

Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (required).
• Salesforce Architect certification, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce AI , Salesforce Education Cloud Consultant (preferred).
• Hands-on Salesforce expertise and certifications are essential.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Solution Design and Implementation:
• Develop scalable Salesforce configuration workflows.
• Build automations using Flows and other tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, identifying opportunities to leverage new features for organizational benefit.
• Recommend enhancements based on user feedback and industry best practices.
• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
