- 1 years of experience in DAX calculations.
- 1 years of experience in Power Query and ETL.
- 1 years of experience in complex report and dashboard design.
- 3 years of experience in workspace administration and governance.
- 3 years of experience in user access and security management.
- 2 years of experience in Databricks integration.
- 2 years of experience in M365 integration and automation.
- 5 years of experience in SQL querying and tuning.
- 5 years of experience in performance optimization techniques.
- 1 years of experience in Service Now ticketing.
- 5 years of experience in customer service.
- 5 years of experience in analytical thinking.
- Create, update, and support Power BI reports, datasets, and dashboard prototypes.
- Build enterprise-ready data models, DAX measures, and accessible visualizations for reporting platforms and business products.
- Work cross team across NCDIT Transportation to bring consistency in reporting standards, visual design patterns, and governance practices.
- Perform training sessions/webinars for NCDOT business customers on created visualizations and dashboards.
- Support NCDOT customers with workspace access and data connection needs.
