Requirement/Must Have:
- 2 years of experience in solution development utilizing Microsoft Power Platform.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
- Strong coding experience required to support automation and advanced solution development.
- Experience with Microsoft product integration for automated workflows.
- Experience rapidly building solutions using leading low-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of automation principles and best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to optimize processes and data flows for efficiency and scalability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all stakeholder levels.
- 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform solution development.
- Experience designing and implementing Power Pages solutions.
- Experience creating automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Experience building Power BI dashboards and designing dashboard architecture for accurate data flows.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint and other Microsoft products.
- Experience building chatbots and agents within Power Platform.
- Experience in a financial services environment is preferred.
- Experience with talent solutions or training site development is a plus.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business challenges.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Create automated workflows to improve efficiency and streamline business processes.
- Optimize existing processes and data flows to ensure they are efficient, non-redundant, and systematic.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions with robust and scalable implementations.
- Conduct testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure quality and reliability.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Document solutions and workflows clearly to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Create Power Pages solutions and implement automated tracking systems to understand user behavior, including clicks and navigation paths.
- Build chatbots on Power Platform to support site navigation and help users locate content and resources.
- Integrate Microsoft products into training sites, including automated emails, calendar invitations, and data collection.
- Build Power BI dashboards for metrics tracking from multiple sources, ensuring accurate dashboard architecture and data flows.
- Create agents within Power Platform to automate tactical work such as moving data, sending automated communications, and supporting site operations.
- Develop assessments that provide automated scoring and dynamically pull questions from a larger question library.
- Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint sites for full training site implementation.
- Experience in a financial services environment preferred.
- Experience with talent solutions or training site development is a plus.
- SharePoint design experience is not required, but SharePoint integration experience is important.
