Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Copilot Studio to design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade AI copilots and agentic solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This role focuses on AI automation, governance, DevOps, and enterprise integrations across Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Copilot Studio & AI Engineering

• Design and develop AI copilots and agents using Copilot Studio
• Build reusable assets:
• Prompt engineering templates
• Plugin libraries
• Custom connectors
• Integrate Copilot Studio with enterprise systems and MCP services
• Enable scalable agentic AI architectures
  
  

🔹 DevOps, ALM & Automation

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps & GitHub
• Automate ALM processes across Power Platform environments
• Manage version-controlled deployments and environment strategies
• Enable secure credential management and automation
  
  

🔹 Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage Virtual Network & Data Gateway infrastructure
• Implement monitoring using:
• Sentinel
• Defender
• Dynatrace
• Set up automated alerts, self-healing workflows, and high-availability solutions
  
  

🔹 Governance, Security & Risk

• Implement governance across:
• Copilots
• Agents
• Plugins & connectors
• Ensure compliance and auditability
• Implement:
• Hallucination detection
• Data masking
• Prompt injection protection
• Manage recertification processes
  
  

🔹 Reporting & Support

• Deliver reporting dashboards and agent performance insights
• Establish support model (incident management, RCA, feedback loops)
  
  

🔹 Adoption & Enablement

• Partner with business teams to drive AI adoption
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship
• Enable enterprise-wide automation strategies
  
  

Required Skills

• 6 years of experience in Power Platform
• Strong expertise in:
• Copilot Studio
• Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
• Hands-on experience with:
• DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
• REST APIs & custom connectors
• Strong knowledge of:
• Governance, security, and compliance frameworks
• Monitoring tools (Sentinel, Defender, Dynatrace)
• Experience with:
• Virtual Network & Data Gateway
• AI risk controls and governance
  

Preferred Skills

• Azure OpenAI / Generative AI experience
• Advanced prompt engineering
• Experience with large-scale enterprise environments
• AI reporting, dashboards, and analytics
