The Program Analyst supports the Power Platform Low-Code/No-Code Center of Excellence by contributing to business analysis, documentation development, training enablement, quality assurance, intake support, and operational reporting activities. This role provides analytical and coordination support across multiple workstreams and collaborates closely with IOT, agencies, and vendor team members.
High-Level Responsibilities

- Support intake review and request documentation
- Document requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews
- Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
- Develop and maintain documentation libraries and job aids
- Support training development and enablement activities
- Support user acceptance testing preparation and execution
- Conduct configuration validation and quality assurance review
- Track remediation items and audit findings
