We are seeking a senior-level developer to provide analysis, support, and maintenance for core processing systems, as well as develop and implement modern application interfaces during a major modernization period.

• Location: Richmond, VA (23219)
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 4 days/week ON-SITE REQUIRED, no exceptions. Parking is not provided).

Key Technical Requirements

• PowerBuilder: 7 years of hands-on experience using PowerBuilder 12.5 or higher (Required).
• Databases: 5 years using Relational Databases like Oracle 19C or MySQL (Required).
• Integrations: 2 years developing interfaces to FileNet applications and REST APIs (Required).
• Tools & Methodology: 2 years with Azure DevOps in an Agile environment (Required).
  
  

Highly Preferred (Major Plus)

• 7 years of experience with legacy IRMS systems.
• Technical knowledge in designing, developing, and maintaining Tax processing and revenue management systems.
• Functional product knowledge of GenTax and IRMS interface development.

• Design and develop clear, maintainable code independently and collaboratively.
• Interact with multi-disciplined project teams to clarify, analyze, and assess complex requirements.
• Contribute to detailed design, architectural discussions, and customer requirements sessions.
