Description:
- We are seeking an experienced POS Systems Quality Assurance Lead with strong retail domain expertise to lead testing and quality assurance efforts for store Point of Sale platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have 10 years of retail technology or retail operations experience, including 5 years of POS testing, and will ensure reliable and high-quality POS system releases supporting store transactions and payment systems.
- Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for POS systems and store applications.
- Develop and manage test plans, test cases, regression testing, and release validation.
- Oversee testing of sales transactions, returns, promotions, loyalty, and payment integrations.
- Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to validate retail requirements.
- Manage defects, risk assessment, and quality metrics to ensure stable production releases.
- Mentor QA team members and support UAT and production deployment validation.
- 10 years of experience in Retail or Retail Technology.
- 5 years of hands-on POS testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of POS transaction flows, payment processing, and store operations.
- Experience with QA tools such as JIRA and Zephyr
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
