Description:

• The Portfolio Analyst is responsible for developing initial project assessments to build robust project portfolios.
• They will facilitate the validation sessions with Business Owners and necessary participants, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are aligned.
• A deep understanding of the PMO Methodology is crucial, to transform business needs into completed ideas with project estimates to guide executive leadership decisions appropriately.
• Keeping project data current and accurately updating various systems/tools for effective tracking and reporting by management is critical.
• The role also includes executing the full lifecycle activities of projects, enhancements, research items on behalf of the Business Owners.
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve the usage of the project portfolio management system's capabilities, processes, and reporting.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and/or Agile framework is essential for this position.
• The ideal candidate should exhibit strong budgeting and forecasting experience, demonstrating great financial acumen.
