Requirements:

• 5 or more years of experience in IT project management (PMP required).
• Proficiency in developing and overseeing standardized project management processes.
• Experience with Kanban methods and Agile practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Experience collaborating with business analysts and technical staff.
• Experience identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving blockers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee standardized project management methodologies.
• Ensure projects align with frameworks, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Prepare documentation and artifacts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor performance and produce progress updates via dashboards and executive summaries.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Support stakeholder engagement and facilitate communication across departments.
• Mentor and coach team members in Agile practices.
