Job Description:
At least 1 year of experience supporting technical or product teams
Experience leading teams through Product Increment (PI) cycles
Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe principles and practices
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for Agile execution and reporting
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
Good understanding and practical application of Generative and Agentic AI
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), CSP, CSC, or equivalent Agile certification preferred
Preferred Skills:
