PLM & Technical Experience
- 10 years of Windchill PLM domain experience.
- 5 years delivering technical/functional solutions and driving decision-making between business and technical teams.
- 5 years of PTC Windchill experience in the Medical Devices industry.
- 5 years hands-on with Windchill PDMLink and ProjectLink.
- 3 years working with Windchill MPMLink.
- Successfully completed 2 Windchill ERP integration implementations.
- 1 year of experience with relational databases and ability to query Oracle using SQL.
- Experience leading and coordinating work with globally distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), and backlog management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to assess business value and prioritize requests across competing stakeholders.
