Overview

We are seeking an experienced PLM Business Analyst / Windchill Solution Architect with strong functional and technical expertise in PTC Windchill. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Windchill-based PLM solutions that align business processes with scalable technical architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end PLM solutions using PTC Windchill aligned with business requirements.
• Implement, configure, and customize Windchill modules including PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, ProjectLink, Options & Variants, and Partslink Classification.
• Develop and integrate solutions with ThingWorx Foundation, Composer, and Navigate.
• Create and maintain business reports using Windchill Reporting, Cognos, and Jasper Reports.
• Develop custom applications and extensions using Core Java, J2EE, and GWT.
• Manage and optimize SQL Server and Oracle databases for performance and reliability.
• Configure and maintain application/server environments including Apache.
• Develop web components using XML, XSLT, HTML, JSP, and manage web portal dashboards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, performance standards, and delivery timelines.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise in PTC Windchill (PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, ProjectLink).
• Experience with Options and Variant Module and Partslink Classification.
• Proficiency in ThingWorx Foundation, Composer, and Navigate.
• Expertise in Windchill Business Reporting (Cognos) and Jasper Reports.
• Strong programming experience in Core Java, J2EE, and GWT.
• Solid database experience with SQL Server and Oracle.
• Knowledge of Apache, XML, XSLT, HTML, and JSP.
• Experience developing and managing web portal dashboards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team-based, deadline-driven environments.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 8 years of experience as a Windchill Solution Architect / PLM Consultant / Windchill Technical Analyst.
