As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining industrial controls and manufacturing systems within a regulated environment. This is a senior and hands-on role that requires a strong background in controls engineering, PLC programming, and OT integration.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your 10 years of experience in industrial automation to design and implement PLC programs.
- Develop PLC programs using Siemens / TIA Portal or Allen-Bradley platforms.
- Create and maintain SCADA / HMI systems with platforms such as WinCC, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, Ignition, etc.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with controls engineering and manufacturing systems.
- Work in manufacturing or Life Sciences / GxP-regulated environments, with exposure to GAMP 5 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of OT systems.
- Provide onsite support in the northern MA area a few days per week.
Required Skills:
- Strong background in industrial controls and manufacturing systems within a regulated environment.
- Experience with PLC programming, preferably in Siemens / TIA Portal or Allen-Bradley.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and controls engineering experience.
- Experience working in GxP-regulated environments, ideally with GAMP 5 exposure.
- Experience with SCADA / HMI systems such as WinCC, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, Ignition, etc.
- Knowledge of modern OT integration practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
