What You'll Do
- Prepare presentations, reports, memos, and other administrative documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, events, travel, and visitor scheduling
- Support mass site communications and assist with internal and external messaging
- Provide administrative support across HR, EHS, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and R&D
- Lead employee engagement activities, site events, and community initiatives
- Administer the Learning Management System (HSI) and support employee training sessions
- Maintain accurate file systems and ensure compliance with record retention procedures
- Order and manage office supplies, conference room scheduling, and shared resources
- Oversee company store operations and assist with PPE programs, including safety shoes, eyewear, and uniforms
- Receive incoming raw materials and finished goods, verify documentation, and organize receiving reports using SAP
- Identify process improvement opportunities and help implement enhancements

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of administrative experience in a professional or manufacturing environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
