Responsibilities
- Support flow optimization projects and drive measurable business impact in lead time, inventory, transportation, and CO2 reduction.
- Support transportation related projects on both a domestic and global level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Transportation, Customs, Supply Chain Planning, IT, Finance, and others.
- Escalate issues, resolve constraints, and help prepare the organization for flow changes.
- Prepare and communicate project progress and benefits.
- Prepare status updates for flow projects to support LRI Logistic Revision reviews and KPI tracking.
- Participate or lead in flow workshops.
- Strong project leadership skills; well organized and disciplined.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
- Fluent in English, with advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Project management knowledge.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
