- PHP Support Engineer
- Hands-on PHP engineer providing production support, bug resolution, and performance optimization for web applications. Acts as the technical bridge between engineering and operations — owning issue triage, root cause analysis, and timely fixes in live environments.
- Production Support: Monitor, triage, and resolve PHP application issues across production environments within defined SLAs
- Aware of Web Application Development Lifecycle
- Bug Fixes & Patches: Diagnose and fix defects in PHP codebases; deploy hotfixes with minimal downtime
- Knowledge of tools: Splunk, Tableau
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring failures, document findings, and implement permanent solutions
- Code Review & Quality: Review PHP code for bugs, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks
- Database Support: Write and optimize SQL queries; troubleshoot database-related application issues (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- API Support: Debug and support RESTful API integrations and third-party service connections
- Documentation: Maintain runbooks, incident logs, and known-error knowledge base
