Performance Engineer

We are seeking a Performance Engineer to lead API performance testing initiatives across a complex enterprise ecosystem that includes Salesforce, MuleSoft, Oracle, and other integrated applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining performance testing strategies, executing comprehensive performance tests, analyzing results, identifying bottlenecks, and communicating findings to both technical teams and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end API performance testing across distributed applications and integration platforms.
• Design and execute Load, Stress, Scalability, Endurance, and Volume testing strategies.
• Develop performance test plans, scenarios, and success criteria.
• Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to improve application performance.
• Create executive-level presentations and reports summarizing performance findings, risks, and business impact.
• Support performance testing for Salesforce, MuleSoft, Oracle, and API-driven applications.
• Leverage existing automation frameworks and testing tools where appropriate.
