Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data extraction, reporting, and reporting system functionality within PeopleSoft. Design and develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI. Utilize Excel automation tools, including Power Query and VBA, to streamline data processing and automate recurring reporting activities. Integrate PeopleSoft data with Power BI and Excel to create comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for reporting improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and process bottlenecks. Recommend and implement process automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy. Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging advanced analytics and reporting technologies. Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to reporting, business intelligence, and process improvement. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and reporting requirements. Required Qualifications Proven experience working with PeopleSoft 9.2. Experience developing reports, extracting data, and analyzing information within PeopleSoft environments. Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data visualization, and report creation. Experience with Excel automation tools, including Power Query and VBA. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience using reporting, analytics, and process improvement tools and methodologies.
