Responsibilities
- Utilize PeopleSoft 9.2 to extract and analyze data, ensuring it meets business requirements.
- Develop and tailor reports for business users, focusing on accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with users to understand their reporting needs and provide actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data retrieval and reporting issues within PeopleSoft.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data.
- Streamline data processing tasks and automate report generation using Excel Automation tools.
- Integrate PeopleSoft data with Power BI and Excel for comprehensive analytics solutions.
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities to enhance operations.
- Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and improve processes.
- Maintain a respectful and professional work environment.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft 9.2 and Power BI.
- Experience with Excel Automation tools like Power Query and VBA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in process improvement tools and software.
