- Minimum 3 years in depth technical and functional knowledge of Oracle database performance tuning
- Minimum 2 years of experience using multiple methods and technologies with RMAN, and Data Guard required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing detailed, highly technical root cause analysis of Oracle database systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with ability to create scripts to automate processes in the Oracle database environments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; participates in meetings; writes clearly and informatively; varies writing styles to meet needs; presents numerical data effectively.
