- Architect enterprise-scale PEGA solutions on v8.x / Infinity 24.x across multi-domain, multi-tenant environments.
- Design end-to-end case lifecycle management including intake, validation, investigation, escalation, and resolution.
- Lead design of the Smart Dispute Framework for card disputes, fraud claims, chargebacks, representment, and arbitration.
- Build scalable data models, class hierarchies, HLD/LLD documents, and ruleset architecture.
- Design Constellation UI components (Views, Harnesses, Sections) and lead UI modernization from legacy Theme Cosmos.
- Drive application upgrades from legacy PEGA versions to Infinity 24.x using upgrade checker tools and zero-downtime strategies.
- Architect and implement Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions for real-time and batch Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies.
- Design decisioning frameworks including NBA Wizard, Scheduled Campaigns, Event-Driven Campaigns, and Proposition Management.
- Configure Customer Journeys, Micro sites, Offer Flows, Strategies, Eligibility Rules, Segments, and Container Rules.
- Implement Adaptive Analytic Models and Scorecards for offer prioritization and churn mitigation.
- Partner with marketing, analytics, and business teams to translate goals into PEGA decisioning logic.
- Ensure compliance, consent, and suppression policies aligned with industry regulations.
