Strong experience with Pega PRPC/Pega 8.x.
Expertise in Case Management, Workflows, Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, and Report Definitions.
Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
Strong SQL and database knowledge.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
CSA/CSSA/SSA Certification.
Healthcare domain experience.
Experience with Claims, Member Services, or Provider Management applications.
