We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with strong expertise in Smart Investigate (SIU/Fraud Investigation) solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level Pega applications with deep knowledge of case management, workflow automation, integrations, and investigation workflows.
Required Skills
- 8 years of experience in Pega PRPC application development
- Strong experience with Pega Smart Investigate / SIU frameworks
- Hands-on experience in Pega Infinity and case management applications
- Expertise in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC)
- Experience in designing workflows, decision rules, UI sections, and integrations
- Strong understanding of fraud investigation and claims investigation processes
- Experience with REST/SOAP services and external system integrations
- Knowledge of Pega security, performance tuning, and deployment strategies
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Pega CSA/CSSA Required
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services domain is a plus
- Experience with Smart Dispute or Customer Service framework is an added advantage
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD processes
- Design, develop, and enhance Pega Smart Investigate applications
- Build reusable components and enterprise workflows
- Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Develop integrations with third-party and enterprise applications
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices
- Support Agile ceremonies and project deliverables
