Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Architect with over 12 years of expertise in Information Technology, specializing in Pega BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-scale workflow automation, system migrations, and platform modernization initiatives while ensuring high performance, scalability, and resiliency across critical business applications.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Pega BPM (CSA/CSSA certified preferred)
• Experience with Java, IBM WebSphere, Kafka, Webhooks, and API design
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, MQ integrations
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and Agile methodologies
• Expertise in asynchronous processing and workflow optimization
• Experience in monitoring tools like Splunk and OpenTelemetry
• Strong understanding of data security, networking, and DBMS concepts
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master and SAFe Practitioner
• Experience working in financial services, healthcare, or enterprise technology domains
• Proven track record in large-scale system migrations and cost optimization initiatives
