Payroll Coordinator

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Payroll Coordinator for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients in Tempe, AZ .

Responsibilities :

• Pull and audit timecards and manual payroll batches.
• Submit files to ADP, audit check registers, finalize post-payroll reports.
• Coordinate with finance/AP for funding/checks, deliver checks via mailroom, handle payroll-related calls.
• Off-cycle (non-payroll) weeks: Conduct timecard corrections, payroll maintenance, customer and department communications, prepare for next payroll period.
  
  

Required Skills:

• Experience with UKG timekeeping system is preferred (training can be provided for ADP).
• Experience with both ADP and UKG WFM is ideal, but strong UKG background is prioritized due to current system challenges.
• No strict productivity KPIs for payroll; standard processing and accuracy are the focus.
