Payments Delivery Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 10 years experience with payments Domain specifically with Swift alliance Products suite.
• Experience in Agile project delivery, Managing completion of application related documentation to meet risk, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Infrastructure upgrade /replacement projects is added advantage.
• Deep knowledge of Wire Transfer processing with hands on experience in ACI MTS, including payment/message flows, validations, and downstream impacts.
• Strong understanding of ISO20022 messages across CBPR , Fedwire, and CHIPS, as well as legacy SWIFT MT formats.
• Solid grasp of Agile, SDLC, and test management methodologies.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to independently drive assignments to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment and able to work within established timelines.
• Confident in making decisions to ensure features function as intended.

Payment and message processing flows

Client products and services related to Wire Transfer

Wire database structures and operational interactions

Fedwire, CHIPS, and SWIFT practices, formats, and reconciliation

• Experience supporting and testing middleware interfaces, including web services, daemons, and message-based integrations.
• Business Products Strategy Basic awareness of products, services, business flows and strategy.
• Financials Resource management Basic understanding of financial data and the impact that their role has within a team.
• Planning Execution Process -Facilitates team Planning ceremonies against backlog / Prioritized work. Manages risk/ dependencies /implements for one team.
