We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consulting Paraprofessional to join our dynamic team in the Healthcare industry. This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide critical support to our healthcare consulting team while also directly impacting patient care through your knowledge and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a background as a certified nurse assistant, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems, patient care, and medical terminology. This role requires at least two years of experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Paraprofessional, your primary duties will include:
- Assisting the consulting team in providing expert advice to healthcare organizations on a wide range of health-related topics such as patient care, infection control, and healthcare management.
- Conducting thorough research and analysis of healthcare trends, policies, and regulations to support consulting projects.
- Collaborating with the consulting team to develop strategic plans and initiatives for healthcare clients.
- Utilizing your clinical experience to provide insights into patient care processes, healthcare systems, and medical terminology.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients.
- Participating in client meetings, providing input based on your professional experience and expertise.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of healthcare industry trends, developments, and best practices.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant, Para, or Teacher's Assistant, or in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in healthcare consulting or a related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, patient care processes, and medical terminology.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team and interact with all levels of an organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
