Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and visual inspection of pre-filled syringes according to established quality standards.
- Maintain accurate batch records, logs, and documentation in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry for all batch-related activities.
- Verify accuracy of staged components prior to packaging operations.
- Identify inspection failures and promptly report issues to appropriate personnel.
- Conduct material and syringe reconciliation during inspection and packaging processes.
- Support packaging operations in alignment with production schedules.
- Operate within a fast-paced, semi-automated packaging line environment.
- Perform daily safety walkthroughs and report findings to management.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry, reporting, and training activities.
- Meet established quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintain cleanliness of production areas.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist during line changeovers.
- Support line leader with daily operational activities and production goals.
- Assist with non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.
- Ensure all required training is completed and up to date.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding daily performance and activities.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 4 years of experience in manufacturing, inspection, or packaging operations.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience with production inspection and packaging processes.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with semi-automated packaging equipment.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Good vision (correctable to 20/20).
- Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong initiative.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes.
Salary : $25 - $30
