Key Responsibilities
- Execute application deployments and environment configurations
- Triage, investigate, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
- Monitor application logs and analyze runtime errors
- Troubleshoot and debug platform and application issues
- Coordinate and perform OutSystems platform upgrades
- Monitor server resources and overall environment health
- Monitor AI Mentor Studio and collaborate with project teams to resolve issues
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices
- Collaborate with multiple project teams across different business domains
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for platform stability and performance
- Strong proficiency in OutSystems 11 development and platform support
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting
- Experience performing OutSystems platform upgrades and environment management
- Experience monitoring logs, troubleshooting runtime issues, and debugging applications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple project teams
- Understanding of OutSystems best practices, deployments, and performance optimization
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale OutSystems environments
- Familiarity with AI Mentor Studio monitoring and issue resolution
- Experience with CI/CD processes and release management
- Knowledge of server monitoring and infrastructure support
