Apex Systems is seeking a highly qualified Oracle Time & Labor Administrator for a long-term project. You will be part of the internal Time & Labor team that sits in the HR department. In this position, you will manage Time and Labor system and data, resolves system errors during import of time, validation, approval and transfer processes. Maintains rules, groups, layout sets, and other maintenance tasks. Allows the administrator to create and maintain HCM groups of employees for use in further application processing.

- 6 years experience supporting HCM Cloud Time & Labor to ensure all weekly transactions are valid
- 4 years' experience with Oracle Cloud Time, Labor and Absence modules
- Understanding of detailed Oracle Time, Labor & Absence configuration flow and structure.
- Understanding of integration points between Cloud Time and Labor & Absence with each other and also other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g. Payroll, Compensation etc.).
- Ability to configure to all types of Absence plans including Accrual, Qualification, No Entitlement, Compensatory etc.,
- You will be part of the internal Time & Absence team that sits in the HR department.
- Analyze Time Rule Processing Details
- Manage Worker Time Entry Setup Profile
- Manage Worker Time Processing Profile
- Time and Labor Transaction Analysis
- Knowledge of Work shifts, Work schedules, and Scheduler profiles.
- Expertise in Payroll and Project Timecards configuration including Time Repository Rules.
- Ability to configure Time Entry and Calculation Rules, Web Clock and Time Device Configuration etc.
- Ability to determine derived factors, eligibility profiles and other compensation objects required and configure them as needed.
- Experience working with internal payroll teams
- Ability to read and write Fast Formula's
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
