We are seeking Oracle PL/SQL Developer to drive a critical system modernization project. This role focuses on extracting complex business logic from legacy environments and migrating it to a modern, cloud-based architecture.

The Role

You will act as a technical bridge, refactoring legacy application logic (PL/SQL) and migrating data into an AWS-based environment. This involves forensic-level code analysis of "sentence computation" and "records" modules to ensure accuracy in the new system.

Core Technical Skills

• Oracle PL/SQL (SME Level): Expert-level mastery of procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
• SQL Power User: Advanced query optimization and performance tuning.
• Data Migration & ETL: Proven experience in schema transformation and mapping data from legacy systems to the cloud.
• Legacy Logic Extraction: Ability to read undocumented legacy code and translate it into modern business requirements.
• Reporting Tools: Experience migrating Crystal Reports to modern platforms (e.g., Power BI or AWS QuickSight).
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS database services.
• Scripting in Python or PowerShell.
• Previous experience with Offender Management or Justice systems.
• Experience collaborating with third-party vendor teams on large-scale migrations.

• Must possess strong documentation skills to map out complex workflows and data models.
