Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with a strong hands-on technical background. This role is strictly technical (not functional) and focuses on interfaces, integrations, reports, data conversions, extensions, and custom development within Oracle HCM Cloud.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a new Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate is someone who has spent years coding, developing, and working under the hood of Oracle HCM Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for interfaces, reports, conversions, and extensions
• Design and document RICEW objects and prepare solution blueprints
• Design, develop, and support inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Perform data conversions using HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM Extracts, UCM, MFT
• Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports
• Build and support Fast Formulas, Approval Workflows, Custom Roles, and Security
• Customize and personalize HCM pages using Sandbox environments
• Support quarterly Oracle HCM Cloud updates and assess business impact
• Lead on-prem to Oracle Fusion HCM conversion projects
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle (design go-live post-production)
• Support testing efforts, including test case preparation and execution
• Train and mentor technical teams and support end users post go-live
• Work closely with implementation partners to ensure quality and adherence to standards

• 10 years experience as a Systems Analyst / Developer
• 3 years hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Compensation
• Talent Acquisition
• Talent Management
• Benefits & Retirement
• Experience with multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Strong experience with:
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• BI Publisher (BIP) & OTBI
• HCM Extracts
• Web Services & REST/SOAP APIs
• Hands-on coding experience with:
• SQL / PL-SQL (Required)
• XML
• JavaScript
• Web Services
• Python (Plus)
• Experience with SFTP / MFT integrations
• Strong understanding of HCM base tables for integrations
• Experience training and mentoring technical teams
• Experience managing and overseeing implementation partners
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree (Required)
• 8 years techno-functional experience across 2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• 2 5 years experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• 2 5 years experience developing OTBI and BI Publisher reports
• Familiarity with:
• Redwood Pages
• Oracle Graphical Language (OGL)
• Recruitment Booster
• Prior consulting experience with a Systems Integrator (SI)
• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Preferred)

• This role is NOT for functional consultants who only have light technical exposure
