- Data Conversion & Integration: Proficiency with HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL, and FBDI (File-Based Data Import) for data migration.
- Integration Tools: Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and SOA composites for building integrations between cloud and legacy systems.
- Reporting & Analytics: Advanced BI Publisher (XML Publisher) reporting, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and SQL.
- Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of Oracle Database architecture, SQL, and PL/SQL for custom components and performance tuning.
- Domain Expertise: Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Financials, Procurement, HCM, SCM).
- System Administration: Security models, workflows, approval configurations, and environment management.
- Methodologies: Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Agile or Waterfall, and RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflow).
